Fleet Account Code Request

Mullen Fleet Account Codes are identifying numbers attached to fleets to ensure they receive all the benefits and resources available. Issuance of Fleet Account Codes is subject to eligibility requirements, including:

A Formed Business
A Tax ID # and/or DUNS #
Proof of Fleet Eligibility

Proof of Fleet Size Eligibility:

Commercial – proof of 5 vehicles purchased within the last calendar year OR more than 15 vehicles in operation

Rental - proof of 5 vehicles purchased within the last calendar year OR more than 15 vehicles in operation

Fleet Management / Leasing – no size requirement

Local / Municipal / State / University Government – no size requirement

Federal Government - no size requirement
